FAQ
Is This A Course Or Live Class?
It's a live class! We will be meeting weekly for 12 weeks straight I will be teaching the classes live personally all 12 weeks supporting video lessons and backing tracks. Think of this like a semester in school; with a teacher, structure, and accountability.
What Level Do I Need to Be At to Join?
You get lifetime access to all the materials. Once purchased you’re in for good; including any future updates I add. For reference, this is version 6!
What level do I have to be?
You don’t need to be advanced, but you do need some exposure to chords and scales. I recommend a beginner who has been playing for at least a year up to intermediate.
If you don't know your major scales or are new to piano, I recommend my 12 week scale master class instead. That is intended for beginners and new learners.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and I’ll help you decide.

What If I Miss A Class?
All live sessions are recorded and posted, so you can catch up anytime.
However; this is not a self-paced course.
We follow a strict weekly schedule, and each class builds on the last.
Missing a class can seriously slow you down or cause confusion.
Do everything you can not to miss any sessions; if you want the full transformation, you need to show up.
How Much Time Will This Take Each Week?
Plan on:
• 1 live class per week (about 90 minutes)
• At least 30min practice and application per day.
Will I Get Personal Feedback?
Absolutely. That’s why I’m only taking 25 students. I’ll be in the community answering questions, checking progress, and guiding you every step of the way.
Why Only 25 Spaces Available?
This is not a self-paced course. It’s a structured, live semester.
I’m teaching every week, and I’m inside the student community daily.
Limiting the seats means everyone gets personal attention and real results.
Do I Need Any Special Gear or Software?
No fancy setup required.
Just a keyboard, piano, or MIDI controller and a way to join the live calls (laptop, tablet or phone).
You will need a phone or camera to record your playing for homework assignments. That’s how I give you direct feedback.
Do I Keep the Materials After Class Ends
To protect the integrity of the course and prevent content theft, full access to the class videos and downloads will not remain open after the cohort ends.
However, you’ll receive a special set of practice tracks and reference materials that cover everything you learned; so you can continue applying and reviewing the content on your own.
This ensures you have the tools to grow without risking piracy of the full program.
How Is This Different From YouTube Tutorials?
YouTube is random clips. This is real music school.
With YouTube, you get scattered videos with no structure, no feedback, and no accountability.
This is a live 12-week program, taught by me personally, with a clear syllabus, weekly assignments, and guided practice.
We’re not just watching videos.
You’ll get:
- Live weekly classes
- Direct feedback on your playing
- Homework assignments
- Practice flashcards
- Community support
- And a proven path to mastery.
This is for serious students ready to actually understand chord theory, not just scroll through tips and hope for the best.

When Does It Start and What’s the Schedule?
The next cohort begins Saturday, September 27th and you’ll have two class times to choose from, so no matter where you are in the world, you can join:
- Morning Class: 9:00 AM (Pacific Time)
- Evening Class: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
⚠ Once you choose your time slot, you’re locked into that weekly class for the full 12 weeks, so pick the one that works best for your schedule.
Live sessions happen every Saturday, and the full syllabus will be sent out one week before class begins, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and how to prepare.
What’s the Refund Policy?
Because seats are limited and this is a live mentorship, all sales are final.
Once you enroll, your spot is reserved and someone else can’t take it. This isn’t a self-paced course, it’s a structured, real-time class, like registering for a college semester, not buying a video.
Please only sign up if you’re truly committed to showing up, doing the work, and growing your skills week by week.
